Request For Data Deletion

Before submitting a request for data deletion, I believe it is necessary for you to be aware of certain aspects pertaining to user and application data.

Request for User Account Data Deletion

Regarding application data, there are two types: applications that require user account registration and allow user login. For this type of data, when a user requests the deletion of their account data, any sensitive information pertaining to their privacy rights will be erased from our system. This includes the following types of data (if applicable):

• Login Data: Username, Password, Authentication Key.
• Personal Data: Phone Number, Personal Identification Number, Images, Date of Birth, Gender, User's Current Address or Location, Payment Information, Bank Account, Professional Information…
• Resource Data: Posts, Comments, Reviews, Journals, Conversations, Friends, Contacts…
• Exception: We retain the Email Address and Username as a reference list for security and anti-fraud purposes. This information will not be misused, kept offline, and will be completely secure.

Temporary Data Deletion

This refers to data that is temporarily stored on our local server or within our system to optimize user experience, enhance the application's performance, improve security, and provide various other features. Typically, such data is automatically deleted after a certain period of time. Additionally, users have several other ways to delete temporary data, such as using built-in features within the application, within their phone's application settings, in third-party applications, or after uninstalling the application itself.
